Margaret Tempero
Dr. Margaret Tempero is the Director of the UCSF Pancreas Center and leader of the pancreatic cancer program at the UCSF Helen Diller Family Comprehensive Cancer Center. Prior to her appointment at UCSF, she was Professor of Medicine at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Dr. Tempero is a past Vice Chairman of the Board of the National Comprehensive Cancer Network. She holds or has held editorial positions on numerous journals such as Cancer Research, Journal of Clinical Oncology, Clinical Cancer Research, and The American Journal of Medicine. She is credited with over 100 original articles and book chapters. Dr. Tempero is a past President of the American Society of Clinical Oncology (“ASCO”).
