Ralph Hruban
Dr. Ralph H. Hruban is a Professor of Pathology and Oncology at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, and is the Director of the National Familial Pancreas Tumor Registry. After receiving his undergraduate degree from the University of Chicago and his medical degree from Johns Hopkins University, Dr. Hruban continued his residency training at Johns Hopkins. Dr. Hruban is currently the Director of The Sol Goldman Pancreatic Cancer Research Center, Director of the Division of Gastrointestinal/Liver Pathology, and Deputy Director for Research and Programs of the Department of Pathology at Johns Hopkins. Dr. Hruban has written five books, 100 book chapters and reviews, and over 500 scientific papers – many about pancreatic cancer.
